Refund Eligibility

- Tests that cannot be conducted due to operational limitations.
Refunds are generally not available once a sample has been collected, a diagnostic procedure has begun, or a report has been generated.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.
